CORE-Fit TRAINING is lead by Ron Raines, MARINE and accomplished triathalete who is accredited through ACSM, AFAA, TRX, SPINNING, and CrossFit Level 1. Ron's passion is coaching and working with individuals who are looking to improve their fitness level as well as competing in competitions of all categories. COREFit includes the best from many different workouts including TRX Suspension, CORE-Fit, Bootcamp, Speed & Agility, Plyometrics, and so much more!
COREFit's athletic and sports performance training for athletes will improve EXPLOSION, POWER, CORE CONDITIONING, SPEED, AGILITY, FLEXIBILITY, ENDURANCE & OVERALL ATHLETICISM for the purpose of improving sports performance and reducing injury during contests and competitions.
