Brandon  has been working as a Fitness Specialist for over 15yrs. He is a certified NSCA-CPT Personal Trainer and a CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as CoreFit.  He works with a variety of clients, including those who are recovering from illness or injury. He has specialized in working with those who deal with chronic health issues, injury and recovery from surgery (back, knee, hip, etc), increasing abilities in sports performance, core conditioning, and occupational fitness. Brandon works diligently with his clients to create, achieve, and maintain their goals with personalized fitness routines and nutritional guidance and support
